Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, featuring plenty of power ports for charging my devices, which I found very convenient. However, my room was not ready upon check-in, which was a bit of a letdown. The service was top-notch, with staff always having a smile and providing helpful tips about the best places to visit. The location was perfect, just steps away from the lively French Quarter, making it super easy to explore the area. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying charbroiled oysters and a shrimp Po Boy while overlooking Bourbon St Overall, a great value for my money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic for exploring NOLA, close to Bourbon Street but away from the late-night noise. The service was excellent and friendly, but the room needed serious improvement as it was small for a double bed, and there was an unsettling incident of walking into someone else's room. The dining experience was not worth paying for considering the local food options. However, the hotel's facilities were decent overall.
I found the hotel to be freezing, especially in the guest room hallways, but the rooms were beautiful and very contemporary, spotlessly clean too. The shower was amazing, so big compared to some of the other hotels I had stayed in. However, they need to upgrade their computers and provide additional parking. The walls around the room felt a bit outdated.
